Turn the classroom screen into a talking notice board

Every notice you send pops up full-screen on the classroom computer and is read aloud โ€” without eating into lesson time.

๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ

Full-screen pop-up

The notice fills the classroom screen the moment you send it, so even the back row reads it clearly โ€” no more sending a student to pass the word.

๐Ÿ”Š

Read aloud automatically

The pop-up speaks the message too. For line-up calls or a room change, students hear it while they are still packing up.

๐Ÿ”—

Connect with a bind code

Open the classroom page on any computer, type the 8-character bind code and you are done. Swap machines freely, no re-configuring.

โฐ

Scheduled & daily notices

Queue a notice ahead of time and it fires on its own โ€” a 8:00 reading reminder, a Monday assembly call, every week.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ

Co-teachers welcome

The class owner generates an invite code. Subject teachers join with a co-teacher code and can send notices right away.

๐Ÿงพ

A clear history log

The latest 10 notices are kept: who sent it, when it went out and whether the classroom actually received it.

What is the Class Broadcast System?

In one line: it turns the computer in your classroom into a notice board that speaks.

It is a web tool for schools. From any laptop or phone with internet access, open the teacher console in a browser, type a sentence and hit send. The computer in the classroom instantly shows the notice full-screen and reads it out loud.

Students need no phones or tablets, and there is nothing to install. Open the classroom page on the class computer and enter the 8-character bind code โ€” that is the pairing done. After that, teachers can reach the whole class without leaving the office.

  • Teacher console (web page) Opens in any browser on a phone or office computer โ€” send notices, check the history.
  • Classroom page (class computer) One page kept open on the classroom computer; it shows the pop-up and speaks the notice.
  • Server The relay between the two: accounts, classes, bind codes and notice delivery.

Up and running in four steps

From requesting a card to your first broadcast usually takes under ten minutes.

    Request an activation card

Submit the form with your contact email, or email ladyiney25@gmail.com.

  2. 2

    Create your account

On the sign-up page, enter the card number, a username and a password. You land straight in the console.

  3. 3

Create a class, get a bind code

Add a class in the console and the system gives you an 8-character bind code for that classroom computer.

  4. 4

    Bind the classroom and start

Open the classroom page on the class computer, enter the code, and every notice after that goes full-screen.

Why choose the Class Broadcast System

A notice has to get through, be seen, be heard and be on record. Here is how it compares.

What matters Class Broadcast System WeChat / chat group message PA system / walking to each room
Walking to the classroom Not needed โ€” send from your desk Not needed Needed, or a trip to the PA room
Students need phones No โ€” the class computer is enough Someone has to be watching No
Can the back row read it? Full-screen, large type Gets buried in the chat Yes, if people are in the room
Read aloud automatically Voice reads every notice No Only if someone speaks
Scheduled broadcasts Yes โ€” e.g. every day at 8:00 No No
Who sent it, was it delivered? Every notice is logged Chat history only No record

In short: less walking for teachers, no phones for students, and notices that are seen, heard and kept.

Frequently asked questions

Does the classroom computer have to stay on?

Yes. Keep the classroom page open on that computer (an all-in-one panel or an older machine works well) so notices appear instantly.

Why is there no sound when a notice appears?

Browsers only allow audio after the user interacts with the page. Tap or click once on the classroom page after binding, and voice will work from then on.

Can I send notices from my phone?

Yes. The teacher console is a web page โ€” sign in from a mobile browser and you can send notices and check the history.

How many teachers can send notices to one class?

As many as you like. The class owner sends an invite code and other teachers register or join with a co-teacher code.
